Training and Support

Our software is intuitive and easy-to-use, but to help our customers get going quickly we provide comprehensive training covering our range of solutions. Delivered at your premises we offer initial product training to all your users in order to show them how to use the system effectively. Our education programme is also supported by a range of other resources including short video tutorials and new feature updates.

Where our customers choose to use our software directly, we offer support and mentoring services to help them achieve their objectives. Many of our new users have never designed a new set of routes or schedules before and for many it is their first experience of using optimization software. Others may have designed routes before, but not for some time.

From the start of the project through to the implementation of routes, we can provide you with easy access to our team to support all aspects of the round design process from data issues, to methodology questions to solving specific problems or queries after implementation.
